hoheru is a product of Logasio ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data we collect through this website, why, and the rights you have over it. The short version: we collect as little as possible, we never sell it, and you can take it with you at any time.

Who is responsible for your data

Logasio, Denmark, is the data controller for the personal data processed through this website. You can reach us at hello@hoheru.com.

What we collect

Through this website, we collect exactly one piece of personal data:

• Your email address, when you join the hoheru waitlist.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics. We never connect to your bank account — hoheru is built so it never has to.

Why we collect it

• To reserve your place on the waitlist for early access to hoheru.
• To send you a small number of essential launch updates (for example, when early access opens).

The legal basis for this processing is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by submitting the waitlist form. You can withdraw it at any time.

How your data is stored

Waitlist emails are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., acting as our data processor. Data is encrypted at rest. Access is limited to the people operating hoheru.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until the waitlist concludes (when hoheru launches) or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

Who we share it with

No one, beyond the infrastructure providers required to run this site (Cloudflare). We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate data;
• have your data deleted ("right to be forgotten");
• receive your data in a portable, open format;
• withdraw your consent at any time;
• lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).

The hoheru product itself

Our privacy commitments carry over to the product: household data in hoheru will be encrypted at rest, exportable in open formats with one click, and never sold or mined. When the product launches, this policy will be updated to describe that processing in detail.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. For significant changes, waitlist members will be notified by email.
